Hospital Management System In PHP and MySQL source code

This Hospital management system is especially designed for the use of hospitals. It is a web application that manages the details of doctors and patients in the hospital. This project was develop by using PHP and MySQL database. 

The main 3 module of entire project is :

• Admin module 
• User module 
• Doctor module 

Some of the Admin modules are:

1. In the section of dashboard admin can view the details of Patients, Doctors, appointment and other queries.
2. In the section of add/update doctors admin can add the doctor’s specialization.
3. In the section of users, admin can see the users details (who take appointment for checkup) and admin also have a right to delete irrelevant users. 
4. In the section of Patients, admin can see the full detail of patients. 
5. In the section of appointment history, admin can see the previous appointments.
6. In the section of contact us for any queries, admin can see the queries which is sent by users. 
7. In the section of users session logs, admin can see the login and logout time of users.
8. Admin can chage their password.

Some of the user (Patients) modules are:  

1. In the section of dashboard users can see their profile and appointments.
2. In the section of book appointment, patients can book their appointment.
3. In the section of appointment history, patients can see their own appointment history.
4. User can update their profile, or if they want they can change the password also.

Some of the doctor’s module are:

1. In the section of dashboard, doctor can see their own profile and online appointments.
2. In the section of appointment history, doctor’s can see the previous appointment of patient.

3. In the section of Patients, doctors can manage the patient Add/Update.
4. In the section of search, doctor can search the patient with their name and their mobile number.
